From the Inner West Courier today: “Balmain state Greens MP Jamie Parker has called a rally to protest the closures of fire stations throughout the inner west. Staff shortages have temporarily closed 11 fire stations. Mr Parker is urging the Liberal government to inject funds back into the Fire and Rescue NSW budget.”
